Mary helped us to sell our flat. Everything was great. She brought a very nice energy into it, she was very proactive. We managed to get the flat ready and do the needed photos by their professional team within days! And the pictures were fabulous. The flat was posted with paid advertising so it can pop up on many of the websites and social media. And you can see the difference (we had another company before where things were just not moving nor people calling), we started to get many calls. And we found a person very fast. Then Mary and her team did all the rest, the paperwork, all the admin stuff, communications, lawyers. All went smooth. And she is really adorable person and nice to work with.

Nedávno jsem pronajímal byt po dlouhé době, protože mi odešli nájemci. Obrátil jsem se na Marii a musím říct, že jsem si nemohl vybrat lépe. Marie mi nejenom našla nového spolehlivého nájemce, kterého si ověřovala, ale taky mě upozornila na nedostatky bytu, které bylo nutné opravit dle posledních standardů, a taky mi pomohla nastavit cenu pronájmu, aby odpovídala trhu. Popravdě bez téhle konzultace bych byt jenom chtěl pronajmout za mnou definovanou cenu, a takhle jsem byl schopný díky konzultaci ze strany Marie přizpůsobit byt aktuálním požadavkům nájemců. Určitě bych doporučil.

We have friends living in Prague and we have visited several times. We loved it, that's why we decided to look for an apartment as an investment for the future. Our friends recommended Maria, as she had already helped them sell their flat and manage their other properties. We had a limited budget, didn't speak Czech, and had no idea about the law or the market. When we started our search, we were shocked by the prices and got completely lost in what we wanted and what we could afford.
